cut slices. remove crusts. roll challah slices flat with a rolling pin. spread with melted margarine and top with cinnamon-sugar mixture. cut slice into 2 or 3 long strips. start rolling up one of the strips and add the second one around it, followed by a third.
the recipe i found online actually called for white bread. challah is more crumbly, so they don't come out as pretty. but after you do a few, you get the hang of it.
oh, and top with a drizzle of confectioners sugar flavored with a little vanilla and enough water to make a good consistency.
